Submission Guidelines
For a fair comparison, participants should complete their Day 1 and Day 90 weigh-ins under reasonably similar conditions.
Where possible, use the same weighing scale, similar clothing and approximately the same time of day.
Submitted photos and videos must be original and unedited.
ARK+ reserves the right to request additional verification, including an additional recorded weigh-in or in-person verification, before issuing a reward.
Any attempt to manipulate a weigh-in, falsify documentation or submit another person’s results will result in disqualification.
Please take three clear full-body photographs:
For the best comparison, use similar fitted clothing, the same or similar location, similar lighting and approximately the same camera position for both Day 1 and Day 90.
Do not digitally alter, reshape or retouch your body in submitted photographs.
The special ARK+ reward is based on the difference between your verified Day 1 and Day 90 body weight.
